Amber Weaver, founder and owner of Thandie Catering was inspired to deliver foods that prevent health issues such as vitamin D deficiency, high cholesterol, diabetes and high blood pressure by providing gluten free, pork free, and non-genetically modified organism contained (GMO) products. Amber has been cooking healthy foods since her mother was diagnosed with in stage renal failure in 2005. Amber got the idea to name her company Thandie  from her mother's non-profit organization that provided resources for single-mothers who needed support. Amber has decided to continue her mother's legacy by transforming Thandie  into a catering company that provides healthy food to prevent illnesses similar to what her mother endured.
